Boundary
The best session length, break rhythm, reminder pattern, and reflection style vary by person, task, and context. App retention is not learning efficacy.
Treat session structure as a testable product design: short starts, optional breaks, lightweight reflection, opt-in return cues, and privacy-preserving measurement.
