How Logos can use this

Treat session structure as a testable product design: short starts, optional breaks, lightweight reflection, opt-in return cues, and privacy-preserving measurement.

Do not claim

  • One universal timer or Pomodoro default for every student
  • Reminder use as proof of habit formation
  • Session completion as proof of learning, memory, comprehension, or grades
